We want you to wear your Gel Ambe palazzo suit, kurti, or lehenga with absolute pride. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, stitching issue, or an incorrect size/design, you may initiate a return or replacement within 7 calendar days from the date of delivery.

📹 Mandatory Parcel Unboxing Video Guideline

To ensure complete protection against courier transit tampering, missing items, or in-transit damage, a single continuous, unedited 30-second parcel unboxing video is mandatory for all return and damage claims. The video must clearly capture the outer shipping label (with tracking AWB) before opening the sealed packaging. Claims submitted without this proof may be rejected by our courier insurance partners.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Returning an ensemble to our Surat manufacturing unit is straightforward. Follow these 3 easy steps:

Upon receipt and quick quality verification at our Surat factory, your fresh replacement is dispatched immediately, or your full refund is credited within 5–7 days.

Return Eligibility Criteria

To maintain strict hygiene and luxury craftsmanship standards, items must meet the following guidelines:

Eligible for Return / Exchange

Item received with manufacturing defects (torn fabric, defective sequence, broken zipper).
Incorrect item, color, or size dispatched by our warehouse.
Physical transit damage verified with the unboxing video.
All original brand tags, labels, and protective plastic packaging are intact.
Unused, unwashed, and unaltered condition.

Non-Returnable Items

Items returned after the 7-day window has expired.
Items that have been worn, washed, stained, or altered by a local tailor.
Garments with missing original brand tags or barcode labels.
Fragrance, perfume, or detergent scent detected on the fabric.
Items purchased during clearance mega-sale events (unless damaged).

Refund Processing & Timelines

Refunds are initiated within 24–48 working hours once the returned parcel is received and inspected at our Surat factory. The funds will reflect in your account according to your original payment mode:

Prepaid Orders (UPI / Cards / Net Banking)

The refund is credited back directly to the original payment source (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or Card) within 5 to 7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

Our team will provide a secure payout link or request your UPI ID / Bank account details to transfer the refund directly within 3 to 5 business days.

Store Credit Option (Instant)

If you wish to exchange for another festive design immediately, we can issue an instant Store Gift Voucher with 1-year validity and zero deductions.

Pre-Dispatch Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order free of charge within 12 hours of placement or before courier dispatch tracking is generated. Once the package has been handed over to the courier partner, it cannot be cancelled in transit; you may accept the parcel and initiate a standard return under our 7-day policy.

Are reverse pickup charges deducted from my refund?

No! For items with manufacturing defects, shipping transit damage, or incorrect size/design dispatched by our Surat team, reverse pickup is 100% free. You receive a complete 100% refund without any hidden courier deductions.

What if my delivery pin code does not support reverse pickup?

If our logistics partners cannot reach your remote pin code for doorstep pickup, you can ship the parcel to our Surat factory via India Post Speed Post. We will reimburse your postal shipping charges up to ₹100 upon receipt of the postal slip on WhatsApp.

Can I exchange for a different size instead of a refund?

Yes, absolutely! Many customers prefer a direct size exchange (e.g. M to L). Simply let our WhatsApp team know, and we will reserve your required size and dispatch it immediately once the return pickup is scanned.
