Every order placed on Gel Ambe Creation is prepared, quality-checked, and dispatched directly from our manufacturing unit in Surat, Gujarat. We partner with India’s leading logistics providers (Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, XpressBees) to ensure prompt delivery to your doorstep.
24-Hour Dispatch
In-stock ready ensembles are dispatched within 24–48 working hours from our Surat factory.
Pan-India Delivery Timelines
Metro cities: 3–5 working days. Rest of India & Tier 2/3 towns: 5–7 working days.
Free Shipping & COD
We offer Free Shipping across India on prepaid orders above ₹999. Cash on Delivery (COD) is available with OTP verification.

Your complete satisfaction is our priority. If your received ensemble has a manufacturing defect, wrong size, or incorrect design, we offer a straightforward **7-Day Replacement or Return** policy.
Mandatory Unboxing Video Guideline: To protect both you and our artisans from transit tampering, a single continuous (unedited) parcel unboxing video showing the outer shipping label and opening of the packet is mandatory for damage or missing item claims.

Our ethnic wear features real threadwork and zari embroidery. Minor variations in sequence placement or thread texture are hallmarks of authentic artisanal weaving, not defects.
Color Tone & Display Accuracy
While we capture high-definition product photographs under balanced studio lights, slight 5–10% color variation may occur due to individual mobile screen brightness and calibration.
Fabric Washing & Care
Heavy embroidered georgette and silk suits should be dry cleaned only. Pure cotton kurtis should be gently cold hand-washed inside-out without harsh bleaching agents.
Wholesale & Bulk Inquiries
Bulk B2B purchases directly from our Surat factory are subject to wholesale GST invoicing and dedicated freight dispatch contracts.
Order Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. You can cancel your order easily before it enters the dispatch stage:
Cancellation Window
Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placement or before courier dispatch tracking is generated.
Instant Prepaid Refunds
If you cancel a prepaid order before dispatch, 100% of the amount is automatically initiated back to your original source in 24–48 hours.
Post-Dispatch Orders
Orders that have already left the Surat warehouse cannot be cancelled in transit. You can accept delivery and request an exchange under our 7-day policy.
